Client Relations Manager Intern

Primary Job Duties:
At the Prestige Society, our members take top priority. Everything that we do, we do for our clients and members. As a client relations manager you will:
  • Set up accounts with for new members 
  • Send welcome emails to new members 
  • Create surveys to gauge member satisfaction
  • Triage inquiries from clients and send inquiries to the correct parties
  • Attend weekly team huddles
  • Attend weekly 1:1 touchpoints with direct manager 

Requirements:
  • Junior and Senior year student applicants only
  • Business, Communications, or Management Major
  • Must have knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Must be organized 
  • Must be comfortable communicating with others
  • Must be comfortable using different software for projects and materials such as Canva and Asana
