It Started with a Focus On Support

 Originally known as the Prestige Networking Group, PNG was built as a support system for the original 5 founding members. Every third Saturday, the women would meet in the living room of the CEO and Founder, Nicole Doss, to learn new tools to build their businesses. 

The founding members of the Prestige Society were women building their own brands and seeking sisterhood and support. What we didn't think would happen was that we weren't supporting each other in the moment... we were creating a movement.

Rebrand Transition & Advocacy

In 2015, the Prestige Networking Group entered a new era, one rooted in clarity, expansion, and intention. The brand evolved to become exclusively inclusive: open to women with bold visions, yet reserved for those courageous enough to do the deep, transformative work required to build beyond them.

By 2018, a deeper truth began to surface. While Black women were being celebrated as the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs, the data revealed a sobering reality: we remained among the lowest earners.
That shift changed everything...

This was no longer just about curating a beautiful life; it was about equipping Black and Brown women with the strategy, systems, and business acumen necessary to generate sustainable, operational income and close the wealth gap.
Through initiatives like #CloseTheGap and signature programs such as Boss Academy, Prestige stepped fully into its role as both a builder and a voice championing the success, scale, and economic empowerment of women who deserve more than visibility… they deserve legacy.

And today at the Prestige Society, we face a new realization: for women who have spent years building a career or brand, they may find themselves at a point in their lives when they want to expand and explore beyond the constraints they are currently facing. Afraid to leave behind years of work they have dedicated to the development of their careers to live a life aligned to freedom, sanity, and creating streams of income that make their hearts sing.
