​There are two circumstances that have to come about in order for a diamond to form, that's immense pressure and extreme heat. How tremendous to think that under conditions that could cause the demise of many, are the very things necessary for something as breathtaking as a diamond to form. I'm sure you have experienced trying situations where you were under unbelievable amounts of pressure. You may even feel at times as if the fire is so hot and situations seem extremely heated that you desperately wanted relief. But you have the ability to rise out of the situation. Actually, you have the power to do so much more than rise out of your situation; you have the ability to transform from being battered, victimized, and depressed to a beautiful diamond.  An iridescent gem who has insurmountable strength with the ability to overcome the pressure and the heat to do the only thing it truly knows how to do… and that’s SHINE!
